CRCA Announces 2009 DII/III Coaches of the Year

The Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association is pleased to announce the winners of its National DII and DIII Coaches of the Year. These awards are voted on by the DII and DIII membership of the CRCA and are intended to recognize head coaches whose teams have had outstanding success throughout the current season and who have demonstrated a high level of professionalism and integrity as a coach. Below are the names of the winners of the CRCA National DII and DIII Coaches of the Year. 

 

DII National Coach of the Year - Adrian Spracklen, Mercyhurst

 

Completing his 17th year at the helm of the Mercyhurst Women's Crew, Coach Spracklen led his team to a third place Team finish at the National Championship in Camden, NJ at the NCAA Championships this past May.

 

DIII National Coach of the Year - Justin Moore, Williams 

 

Completing his 10th year at the helm of Williams Women's Crew, Coach Moore led his team to a second consecutive first place Team finish and a V8 National Championship in Camden, NJ at the NCAA Championships this past May.
